Mada Energy is directed by a professional board of directors and experienced management with collective experience exceeding 400 years in oil & gas, education & training, and government affairs — with hands-on experience in the field and deep familiarity with Aramco policies and procedures.
Riyadh M. Al Ali holds a Chemical Engineering degree from UPM and is a member of a professional engineering society in Saudi Arabia. He previously held senior leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, including Division Head of Engineering Planning and Market Analysis and Director of the Sulfur Strategy and Gas Aggregation initiatives. He brings extensive experience in national fuel alignment and grassroots industrial projects. He currently leads the development of Mada Energy's gas and NGL business and its long-term growth strategy.
Abdullatif H. Al-Abdullatif is a finance graduate of East Texas State University, USA, with Dean's Honor. He spent 12 years in Saudi Aramco's Finance organization and 17 years in the banking sector, focusing on lending, trade finance, and operations. He led the consolidation of 34 Riyadh Bank branches in the Eastern Region into a single operations center, and served on Riyadh Bank's Lending Committee for the Eastern Province.
Issa I. Alasker is the founder of Universal Dynamics, a Mada Energy subsidiary, and holds degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and Systems Engineering. He began his career at Saudi Aramco in 1987 and later led corrosion prevention and maintenance programs at Ixon Petroleum in California. He has extensive experience in offshore pipelines, petrochemical consulting, and industrial services. He currently serves as President and CEO of the Ultra Group.
